WM00457_L_LAMHB – Primary Upside Down World Wall Map Political with flags

View the world from a different direction with Maps International’s political primary upside down world wall map.

Map Detail: This is an upside down world wall map with everything reversed! The south is at the top of the map, the north is at the base and the southern hemisphere is now at the top. The countries in the east are now on the left of the map, and those in the western hemisphere are now on the right of this upside down map. This upside down political map is specifically designed for primary school aged children. It has countries marked in different bright colours according to international country boundaries. Capital cities and hill shading are also shown on this upside down political world wall map aimed at primary aged children. This upside down map also contains a panel featuring country flags of the world.

Map Uses: Helps children to appreciate that the world is actually spherical rather than flat and presents a different view of the world for adults too. The panel of flags is a useful reference tool. Although this upside down version of the map is aimed at primary school aged children, it makes a great addition to a family room or office as well. The sizes of this map makes it ideal for classroom walls.
